A fun fact about this condo complex is that it sits next to the Anderson Tower Monument. Built in 1884, the tower was 54 feet high and was built from the same granite mined from the same quarry that had supplied the famous Mormon temple. It was modeled after the medieval towers of Scotland and was built for visitors to climb to the top of the tower and observe the bustling city. It was demolished in 1932 due to a lack of interest in the tower.
There are 2 and 3-bedroom units in Tower Hill and most units will Include 1 covered secured parking spot, a small storage room, and in-unit laundry. There are no pets allowed (unless your pet is a service animal). Renting your unit is prohibited unless it’s a direct family member.
Condos in this complex don't come up for sale very often but are highly regarded because of the location and well-run HOA.
